We had a fantastic time at Weltevreden Estate! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The manager, Melissa, even surprised me with a birthday gift. The setting was beautiful, and the cottage we stayed in was lovely. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff kindly provided an extra cappuccino for us. the staff and atmosphere made our stay enjoyable.

We felt completely at ease during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The general areas of the hotel are easily accessible for senior people, making it convenient to move around and enjoy all the amenities.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is clearer instructions and information. It would be helpful to have brochures or information papers in the room, as well as someone available to provide guidance on activities, tours, and attractions in the area.

Interesting library in the room with a personalized touch. Great restaurant and delicious food. Huge children's play area and peaceful atmosphere. Lovely interior design with a mix of brass finishing and contemporary style. Attentive staff, especially Patience. Attention to detail and future plans for improvement.
